Awareness Raising, MHPSS Counseling, Case Identification and Management in CBC Acha, CBC Kitchu and CMBC Acha - Belo Sub Division

This time around, WAG targeted churches in Belo Boyo Division of the North West Region of Cameroon for awareness raising.

The awareness sessions focused on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), the availability of safe spaces, and the services available to survivors or anyone seeking support.

The WAG team sensitised a total of 562 Christians, including:

• 163 women
• 143 girls
• 77 elderly persons
• 47 men
• 102 boys
• 30 persons living with disabilities (PWDs)

This activity was implemented in partnership with UNFPA with support from UNCERF and the Government of Canada.
